IN A NUTSHELL

Executive summary

Chef Siri had the product: more than 15 years professional experience, a high-touch private dining service and food that photographed beautifully. What she did not have was a dependable customer-acquisition system. The website never had an enquiry before, while a limited budget made the usual collection of agencies, tools and retainers unrealistic.

She came to innflo with NZ$20 per day for Google Ads and another NZ$100 per month set aside for SEO management. That made her a strong fit for the Middle plan: two managed acquisition channels, CRM and ongoing website management brought into one operating model for NZ$199 per month.

The work began the same way every innflo engagement should begin: with context. The Branding Agent helped define the visual identity and brand voice. The UX Agent developed the initial audience personas and customer journey map. The CRO Agent used that context to reshape the website around trust, clarity and inquiry. Only then did the Search, SEO, CRM and Website agents begin their ongoing work.

Chef Siri later added organic TikTok management and professionally edited short-form content for NZ$50 per month, bringing current management to NZ$249 per month. The goal was not to rush into paid social. It was to build a useful content catalog first – real food, real events and real delivery – then use performance data to choose which creative deserved media spend.

After 6 months we’re in a good place. Chef Siri reached #1 for “private chef Auckland.” In the latest 30-day Google Ads view, the campaign produced six conversions at a 3.00% conversion rate and NZ$91.10 per conversion. During the consistent organic TikTok test, branded search and general impressions increased, site conversion improved by about one percentage point and CPL fell by approximately NZ$50 without increasing the Google Ads budget.

This is still an evolving case study. The next test will put paid demand-generation spend behind the most effective organic TikTok videos. If audience behavior suggests Facebook and Instagram are a stronger match for the current high-net-worth personas, the same evidence-led process will be applied there.

1. Building the operating model before adding channels

The first question was not which ad platform to use. It was what kind of customer Chef Siri needed, what made that customer hesitate and what evidence would help them trust a chef inside their home for an important occasion.

The UX Agent translated early discovery into three working persona hypotheses: high-net-worth women aged 30–60, high-net-worth men aged 30–60 and an experimental audience of adult children organizing an experience for their parents. These are not rigid demographic boxes. They are starting points for different motivations, planning behaviors and creative angles.

The customer journey map (CJM) made the category problem visible. A future client may discover private dining through a video, but they still need to understand what is included, see the food, validate the chef, compare menus, judge price and feel confident enough to inquire. That journey became the shared context for every specialist agent.

The resulting IMC plan gave each channel a specific job: TikTok creates awareness and mental availability; SEO and Google Ads capture active demand; the website converts interest into an inquiry; CRM manages the decision and event lifecycle; and reviews return customer proof to the beginning of the journey. This integrated approach is a cost effective way to enter your persona’s preferred set of brands – and Chef Siri’s case she’s on her way to #1 position for all channels

2. Giving a premium service one coherent identity

Before scaling attention, Chef Siri needed a brand system strong enough to hold it. The Branding Agent supported the development of the visual identity and brand voice, with human review ensuring the final expression still felt like Siri rather than a generic luxury template.

The finished system uses deep black and green, warm gold, clear white typography, botanical framing and a restrained line motif inspired by Chef Siri’s Thai heritage. The tone is elevated but personal: confident about the craft, clear about the service and focused on making hosting feel effortless.

This foundation now constrains every downstream decision. Search copy, service pages, TikTok captions, customer emails, menus and review requests should feel as if they come from one business – even when different specialist agents help create them.

3. Rebuilding the website around trust, clarity and inquiry

The brand work made a full website refresh possible. The UX Agent shaped the information hierarchy; the CRO Agent focused the page around the decisions a potential client needed to make; and the Website Manager carried the system through desktop and mobile implementation.

The new experience leads with a precise category and location – private chef in Auckland -then answers the questions that usually slow a high-consideration service down. Visitors can see how the experience works, explore seasonal and bespoke menus, understand indicative pricing, view real food and events, read customer evidence and move into one clear booking inquiry.

The menus are not treated as a PDF afterthought. They are part of the conversion journey, pairing clear dish descriptions with generous photography and a visual system that makes the service feel considered before the first conversation begins.

Mobile mattered because discovery often begins in social or search on a phone. The responsive design preserves the main promise, Chef Siri’s presence, the review signal and the booking action without flattening the premium visual identity.

4. Capturing existing demand with a NZ$20/day search budget

Google Ads had one clear job: capture people already looking for a private chef in Auckland. With only NZ$20 per day, the campaign could not afford vague targeting or an endless list of loosely related services.

The Google Ads Manager Agent monitored search demand, bids, query quality and conversion data. Copy and landing-page recommendations were checked against the brand and the customer journey before Cameron approved or refined them. That kept automation fast without allowing it to become detached from the actual service.

In the latest 30-day snapshot, the campaign recorded 1,400 impressions, 200 clicks and six conversions. Conversion rate reached 3.00%, average cost per conversion was NZ$91.10 and search impression share was 83.81%. That impression share matters: it shows the campaign was visible across most of the eligible search opportunity while staying inside a modest budget.

5. Turning the website into a compounding discovery asset

Paid search can create immediate visibility, but Chef Siri also needed an asset that would compound. The SEO Agent and Website Manager used the same brand, persona and journey context to improve page structure, service coverage, local relevance and search intent without turning the site into repetitive keyword copy.

The SEO Agent identitfied local citations and link building opportunities it used to start building high DA (Domain Authority) website links. Google uses these links as a voting system along with over 200 other variables. The algorithms are pretty smart these days so quality > quantity. Our human specialists monitor this closely.

By the August 2026 snapshot, Chef Siri ranked #1 for “private chef Auckland” and #4 for the broader “private chef” term in the supplied New Zealand desktop tracker. The average position across those two tracked terms was 2.5.

That is a meaningful early result, but not a claim that SEO is finished. Rankings vary by device, location, personalization and time. The ongoing job is to protect the primary position, expand useful service coverage and make sure every new page still helps a human make a decision.

6. Building a content catalog before buying attention

Search captures demand that already exists. It does not, by itself, make more Aucklanders imagine a private chef at their next birthday, anniversary or dinner at home. Chef Siri therefore added TikTok organic management for NZ$50 per month. The TikTok Content Agent helps turn raw event footage into professionally edited, consistently posted videos, while human review protects taste, context and brand fit.

The content shows the whole experience: Siri cooking, an assistant supporting service, plated dishes, table settings and the atmosphere inside a real event.

The immediate goal is a catalog-a credible wall of content that a future client can scroll through. This creates familiarity, gives searchers more proof when they check the brand and produces a real creative-testing pool. Paid media will be introduced only after the catalog contains enough useful variation to identify what people actually choose to watch, save and share.

Chef Siri also posts organically on Instagram, but Innflo does not manage that channel at this stage. It is therefore excluded from the managed-channel count and from claims about Innflo’s social execution.

7. What changed when organic TikTok became consistent

The most interesting result appeared outside TikTok. After consistent organic posting began, general impressions and branded search increased. Over the same test window, the quality of leads improved and overall lead to successful booking rate also improved.

The Google Ads budget did not change, and no other planned marketing input changed during that period. That makes the observation unusually clean for a small-business marketing test: more people appeared to know or recognize the brand before arriving through search, and the existing demand-capture system converted that attention more efficiently.

It would still be too strong to say TikTok caused the entire uplift. This was not a randomized experiment, and external demand can move. Innflo treats the result as directional evidence. It is enough to justify the next test: place controlled paid spend behind the strongest organic videos, then compare branded search, assisted conversion, direct traffic and CPL against the current baseline. With enough impressions and controlling as much as possible for the TikTok ads we can measure effectiveness of TikTok ads for demand generation.

8. The Innflo model: context first, specialists second

Chef Siri’s account is built on a simple operating chain: client memory → project context → specialist agent. The shared context contains the brand voice, visual identity, personas, customer journey map, IMC plan, approved decisions and project history. Each worker agent receives the part it needs without rebuilding the business from scratch.

That matters because channel specialization is useful only when the specialists agree on the customer. The SEO Agent should not create one version of Chef Siri while the TikTok Agent creates another. The CRO Agent should not optimize a button in isolation from the service promise. Shared context makes the work faster and more coherent.

Cameron remains the account specialist and supervisor. Agents handle bounded monitoring, analysis, drafting, tagging and routine optimization. Human oversight owns strategy, brand fit, budget changes, risk, final approval and the judgment required when data is incomplete.

The agents are great for reducing specialist time spent on low-value tasks that can suck up time. When it comes to the nuance of running successful Google Ads, SEM and SMM marketing campaigns – that’s where the value of innflo comes in.

Our specialists have > 8 years experience and are specifically matched to your business. They train your models for you – ramping them in to KPI (Key Performance Indicators) like Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Conversion Rate (CR) or whatver else you specify during discovery.

9. Turning recommendations into accountable work

Innflo does not hide channel activity behind a monthly report. Specialist agents turn opportunities into recommendations. Cameron reviews and refines them. Siri can then approve, disapprove or discuss each item inside the client workspace.

An approved recommendation becomes a persistent Messages project with scope, status, accountable agents and a full activity history. That is where the website refresh, Google Ads work, SEO, TikTok content, review growth, menu consistency and newsletter planning live over time.

Results then return to Reports. This closes the operating loop: context informs work; work creates measurable activity; activity updates the context used by the next recommendation.

10. Making local trust visible - and repeatable

A private chef is invited into someone’s home for an occasion that matters. That makes reviews more than a local SEO tactic. They are risk reduction.

Google Business Profile optimization is complete, the five-star trust signal is visible on the website and the next operating goal is consistent review capture. The recommended workflow is simple: after every completed event, send a personal thank-you and make it easy for the client to leave an honest Google review with a clear link and request. All emails are branded with a nice custom banner and siri@ address.

The emphasis is on as many genuine reviews as possible – not incentives, scripted sentiment or selective requests. Each real review strengthens Google Business Profile, website trust, search conversion and the next customer’s confidence.

11. Extending the brand beyond the website

The website now creates a coherent first impression, but the customer experience continues after the inquiry. Chef Siri’s customer-facing menus should feel like the same brand the client selected online.

The Innflo Designer Agent brought the menus into the visual identity: the same dark and gold palette, typography hierarchy, spacing, motif, dish naming and voice. The goal is not decoration. It is continuity at the point where anticipation is highest and guests may photograph or share the menu.

The menu is edited by a specialist human designer before being approved by the dedicated account specialist and Siri for print.

This recommendation remains separate from the completed website and brand-refresh work.

12. One reporting layer, with honest attribution

Google Ads, SEO, website behavior, TikTok, CRM and Google Business Profile all describe different parts of the same customer journey. Innflo’s Reports layer brings those signals into one business view instead of forcing Siri to reconcile disconnected dashboards.

The model distinguishes platform-reported conversion, tracked lead progression and observed cross-channel movement. That distinction matters here. The six Google Ads conversions belong to the supplied campaign window. The TikTok uplift is a directional within-business observation. Organic rankings are point-in-time tracker results. CRM outcomes will become stronger as inquiry and event stages accumulate.

This makes the reporting more useful, not less impressive. It tells the team what is known, what is inferred and what should be tested next.

13. What AI handled - and where human expertise mattered

Chef Siri’s result did not come from handing the business to a general-purpose chatbot. It came from giving Hyperspecialized Worker Agents (HWAs) bounded jobs inside a supervised operating model.

14. The next compounding tests

The next phase starts with evidence already inside the system.

  • Turn Chef Siri’s strongest organic TikTok videos into the first paid awareness and demand-generation tests.
  • Start with content that has already demonstrated its ability to attract attention rather than developing unproven creative.
  • Use the established baseline to measure changes in branded search, direct traffic, assisted conversions and cost per lead.
  • Assess performance without confusing the results with a website relaunch or significant budget increase. Perhaps FB/IG will be better as with the Terracotta Wellness case example.
  • Test whether TikTok can effectively reach Chef Siri’s high-net-worth audience aged 30–60.
  • Evaluate male and female planning journeys separately, alongside the experimental adult-child audience.
  • Compare TikTok with Facebook and Instagram, which may offer a stronger paid fit for some customer segments.
  • Let commercial evidence determine channel investment rather than defending a predetermined platform.
  • Use reviews, branded menu templates and newsletters to extend the value of every completed event.
  • Build a connected marketing system in which each new channel strengthens the content, data and customer relationships around it.

Conclusion

Chef Siri began with a strong service, a weak digital acquisition path and a budget too small for most agencies. Innflo gave that budget a shared operating model – it’s like hiring your own marketing team in-house.

Branding, UX and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) established the foundation. Google Ads and SEO captured existing demand. CRM and website management kept the customer journey connected. Organic TikTok began creating demand and, in the first isolated test window, coincided with stronger branded search, a higher conversion rate and a lower CPL before paid social was introduced.

The result is not a finished funnel. It is something more useful: a measurable marketing operation that knows what has been completed, what is running, what still needs approval and what evidence should shape the next test.

For a local business, that is the practical promise of Innflo: specialist marketing operations in one place, trained on the business and accountable to a human specialist.
